Room is Excellent. Location is good opp to RTC Complex & 1km to Railway Station. Rooms are very spacious with can accommodate 3-4 persons easily in one room. Facilities inside the room is okay. Front desk is good but they can't stop you telling for check out if you exceeds the time. Even they can't give 1hr extra also. For booking they told to vacate sharp 11 am. I happened to book for 6 hrs stay, as my flight was in mid night. Rooms are spacious. Well maintained. Service was upto the mark, boys are very polite. Location is just on the main road. If looking for a budget friendly short stay, recommended. Thanks team for the Service.

worst hotel ever seen there are no hot water hotel was very dirty ac also not working when I want call receptionist there are no land line . i will directly go down for complent but they talk harsh no one have hot water not only u i told that I have small chaild only 2 years how can we use cold water to bath but they say we don't care hot water is not there . same repeated to ac n If we want Rome cleaning we can pay extra amount. even tho toothbrush also not provide they buy outside I visited hotel with my family if i pay same money with some other hotel we get 3star hotel with best facilities. i didn't recommend this hotel anymore waste of money waste of time
The bathrooms can be maintained more better as they say its a 3 star hotel. No towels provided, they are making renovations in the lower floors. Their service is very average. Food is very average, their complementary breakfast (better have it in the hotel next to it around the complex).

Worst service ever. . . Delayed check-in for almost one hour. Almost went nearly more than 10 times for all the service related issues and complaints. Proper key was not provided. Early morning got some issue with AC and water got leaked in the room itself. Will take hotels for peacefulness but that was missing here. Area was good but hotel was not good. Even the restaurant also very small and not upto mark for food and also even for service. Said all these to MakeMyTrip because booked from there and for the apology they gave 200 coupon. But they won't give our time right . Worst experience ever.....
