Shout out to - Mayur (manager/reception in-charge) for being helpful. Pros - location, budget, room quality as per value Con - might seem old, This is based on my experience. Did not order any food, hence cannot comment. But we got a good room, furniture and electricals were well maintained. We had a good stay.

I recently had the absolute misfortune of staying at FabExpress Apollo I, CG Road, Ahmedabad from 18th Nov to 20th Nov, and I cannot emphasize enough the sheer horror that unfolded during my stay. It was, without a doubt, the most pathetic and worst experience of my life. Upon arrival, the receptionist shockingly handed us a room that was not the one we had booked. When questioned, he callously informed us that it was the only room available, leaving us bewildered and exhausted after a grueling 20-hour bus journey. The irony struck hard when he insisted we check the room before check-in, despite having no intention of honoring our actual reservation. The hotel had shamelessly double-sold our booked room to other guests, leaving us stranded with no alternative. Attempting to salvage the situation, we contacted MakeMyTrip, through which we made the reservation. While they were proactive and called the hotel to rectify the error, the hotel staff played a deceptive game. Despite initially agreeing to the change, they shamelessly reneged when we approached them, leaving us caught in a maddening loop of contradictions and false promises. The pinnacle of disappointment was reached when the hotel, in a brazen move, offered a full refund and suggested we vacate. Where were we supposed to go at the last moment? We had booked the room in advance, and now faced the prospect of scrambling to find accommodation in an unfamiliar city, likely at an exorbitant cost. To add insult to injury, the advertised photos on the website are nothing but a cruel facade. The reality of FabExpress Apollo I is a far cry from the polished images presented online. The incomplete paint on the walls, dirty bedsheets, malfunctioning geyser, lack of daily room cleaning, and the absence of basic amenities such as towels and soaps turned our stay into an unmitigated nightmare. My disappointment with FabExpress knows no bounds, and I am resolute in my decision to never, under any circumstances, subject myself to such a harrowing experience again. Beware, fellow travelers - steer clear of FabExpress Apollo I at all costs! I would like to thank MakeMyTrip for being so active and having an amazing support team throughout the process. 10 stars for MakeMyTrip. 0 Stars for FabExpress.

Your one stop destination if you are looking for a hotel which gives you value for money. The rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious. Staff were attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend it.

Except the Location nothing is Good in this Hotel Shabby Rooms , Dirty Toilets , Bad Air Conditioners , Poor Bedding, geysers not operational, No Hot water , Toilet Seat Broken & No Hangers in the Room Extra money taken for Early check in a dirty room Only Pics in the website are superb Please do not stay unless EMERGENCY

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel from 12-17 October 2023. The staffs are very much friendly and their behaviour is so polite. Highly recommended.

Good location. Service and people are very good. Mr. Jaipal Singh (Manager) at the reception and Mr. Mayur are pleasant and helpful people's. Other suff is helpful. I was Good experience. Rooms are well dressed neat and clean. Its a nice stay. There are futhful persones.

Very bad experience.. Rooms are too dirty and insects are roaming on the floor.. Very poor conditions
