Hotel staff were supportive, well mannered and friendly. Hot/cold/normal drinking water was available 24/7. Although room was a bit small and color combination made it look like an office rather than a room, but it doesn't matter. What matters is the bathroom/toilet was clean.

I visited with my friends and honestly it was very convenient to stay here as every location was near by and rickshaw and autos are easily accessible. Staffs will make you feel like home as they are very polite and soft spoken. Don't negotiate too much as they already don't ask much from you. Wish everyone to have a pleasant stay.

If u want to stay near BHU, I recommend this place for sure. I came fr my interview at BHU..and may come again in coming days..The staff ws very cooperating and the manager was soft spoken and quite a good listener. I was traveling with all my important documents, laptop and other precious item and I didn't face any security issue. Its safe and the staff assures that u r safe and comfortable. They even allowed me to use their one of the room fr change over while returning in afternoon frm.my interview....even when i checked out in the morning.. Overall, the hotel is clean with all the basic amenities.. Within this budget i completely recommend the hotel.

Staff behavior was good enough, they respected and loved my pet, this 4 stars is for that and good food not much masala just like our food made in home. But room was not upto mark , need a maintenance, washrooms were not cleaned. Rooms had a bad smell, response to orders were slow and steady. They don't have lifts, over-all it was a nice visit.

Rooms:- Rooms are small but decent and clean. Room had two lights with no night lamp there which is a problem for many people. They provide extra bed if u ask them. The light in rooms also attract a lot of insects which is not good at all. Service-It was fine but bit late sometimes. Food-They do serve food but their chefs were not there so could'nt try any of food. They will serve breakafast by buying from outside which is okayish. Behaviour-The staffs were very well behaved and talking politely for any issue faced by us. Location-It is very near to BHU which is like central place in Varanasi.You can get any vehicle just by walking abt 100m. The Ac and Fans and other electrical items were working fine and they have power backup. Overall a very decent place at a good price point for people to stay.Decent service from them which will not dissapoint u.Its 3km away frm Vishwanath Mandir but u get evry transport to go there and this area is more clean than Godowlia.

Behavior of the owner and the staffs is exceptional, made it feel like staying in my own house.Clean room/washroom/bed service is also prompt. Happy with the stay, from now on this will be my first choice in Varanasi.

Ridiculous room service.Very very rude staff. I do not recommend it at all. They didn't even bring a bottle of water or soaps for bathing. Not good hygiene.

Decent hotel at a decent price. Clean and spacious AC rooms with balconies. In Varanasi, it's hard to find such clean rooms at this budget. Staff is courteous, and service is quick. They also provide breakfast (tea included) in the package. This hotel is near to BHU, lots of autos and cabs available nearby.
