Excellent location, just beside the famous Hazarduari Palace and Imambada. Service was not so good though. The rooms were not clean enough and the flash boxes of the bathrooms were not working, hope they will look into this matter ...
One of the best cooperative and homely atmosphere Hotel just opposite Hazarduari...the quality of service and ambience is best for family outing...they keep always clean the lobby, rooms and toilet.
If you want to stay comfortably, this hotel is NOT the one for you. We visited Murshidabad 1st time last week & was terribly disappointed with this hotel. No amenities at all- the fan regulator doesn't work, commodes don't have any seats, the water pressure in the bathroom is extremely low, the AC makes weird noises when turned on. Moreover, the entire night from 11p.m to 8a.m. There was power cut. The room got filled with mosquitoes despite having all the windows shut. Utterly uncomfortable experience. Also, they take money in advance & don't refund if you check out earlier than usual. Think 10 times before booking.
Wrost hotel i have ever seen very bad management bathroom was unclean flush was not working properly they charge Rs 750 per day, before you check inn in the hotel they will take your orginal id card and when u check out then they will reture you. I personally suggest you not to stay in this hotel there are so many hotel nearby area with low cost. Hotel Anurag
The location of the hotel is very good which is right in front of Hazarduari, the rooms of the hotel are very good,You can stay comfortably with family members. Overall experience very good.
The stay was worth every penny.. just a few seconds in walking from the Hajar Duari Entrance Gate.. We were charged a minimal fee and the roof top features a good view of the palace. The staffs were quite friendly. A good recommendation for everyone to check in to the place.
Don't even try to book in advance, if it get cancelled then they will not refund anything, they may tell you that your amount will be adjusted, it means the total amount you have book earliar (not the advance, I'm telling about total booking amount; eg- you have booking of 500rs but you advanced 200rs, I'm saying about that 500rs). So they will not adjust your advance, they can adjust your total amount of booking within one month. Is that a policy ?? And behaviour of the manager is very much rude, they even didn't tried listen our words, manager have no humanity, no sympathy also. And about the rooms, very less facilites in the room, room are not good at all regarding the price. Very Much Disappointing!!!!!!! Youtube creator reviews are totally paid reviews, don't trust on their reviews!!
Hotel is budget friendly. But The manager Saheb Saha is not at all a professional one. Not recommended totally

The hotel is very good and the rooms are big. AC and geyser are also available , but you have to pay separately for that. It must be near by Hazara Duari and Imambara.
