Never ever book for family. Worst rooms, dirty bedsheets, for AC and Geyser you have to ask the receptionist to turn on the switch. I had to ask to change towel, clean the room . The bathroom is in such an odd position that you have to climb a big step to enter the bathroom.
Hotel located at blind spot. I have booked the hotel online. But on reaching at night, hotel was not traced out at location. Main entrance was closed, backdoor entry open. Hotel located at 2nd floor. Not traceable for unknown person. No contact number given on site. After visiting I have cancelled the booking, but amount not refunded to me. Booking staff was not co-operative.
