Overall experience with the hotel staff was very good. Cooperative and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and neat. Food was fabulous.
Good hotel for stay. Rooms are of good quality and ambience. Restaurant is available on the terrace. Breakfast can be improved. As having poori in breakfast usually not all have it. Other items are good.
Very good, spacious & clean rooms, just as shown in pictures. Visited last week. They provided early check in on request. Didn't use their restaurant, so can't comment on food. Location wise, it may appear a bit outer, but Jaisalmer being a small city area wise, its hardly 2 km from railway station & Jaisalmer fort. & you can get an auto-rickshaw within walking distances. Also, a good restaurant Shreeji is nearby, within walking distance.
I enjoyed my 2 night stay in this hotel. Location of hotel is perfect for city visit. Near by famous restaurant is also very positive point to choose this hotel. Have proper car parking dedicated zone.

Nice pleasant stay, good ambiance, ventilation, and light. Only drawbacks were hot water only available on demand, and also, the breakfast is more catered to foreigners wished they had more options with traditional food. Their Aloo paratha and Poha were the best.
