HOTEL ANS PRIDE - Hotel in Pudukkottai - Pudukkottai, India

I stayed in for a day during my temple visit. The hotel is simply superb.The staffs were courteous and the room was very neat and clean. The rate match with the ambient of the Hotel and rooms. Food quality need bit of improvement.

This is one of the finest hotels that too in a small town like Pudukotai we were really surprised to see how sophisticated and modern the hotel was. But there will be frequent power cuts and they have generators. Even then sleep will be disturbed as AC will restart. Hotel cannot be blamed for the power cut though.

Rooms are modern and beautiful. Alot of work has gone into making these rooms phenomenal. The sad part is the staff are very unprofessional and dont know how to handle customers the reception is absolutely useless. The breakfast is a waste of money. In chennai a room for 4k gives a beautiful buffet. Here the board says fruits and only two piece pineapple. I really hated the breakfast and sweet bread with Omlette. We brought two babies and requested for milk they said restaurant closed so we asked if bell boy can get milk they said no. They need round the clock service . All requests are denied. At the time of check out they charged us 400 rupees saying the bedsheet was dirty. I brought my own blankets from chennai and made my babies to sleep on it because the bedsheets were already stained. This is really the worst hotel please dont come here they don't know the value of customer service. I will be raising this legally because the customer is not valued here even 1%

Hotel was very nice and good staffs..the reception staff are very kind and good talk totally one of fine hotel in pudukottai

The staff were courteous and room service was almost instantaneous. Only drawback is the parking, they have basement parking which can fit in around 10 cars. If peak season, finding a parking spot can be tough.

A good hotel at pudukottai, I visited in May and booked a VIP suit it was a really good experience with ANS pride, The VIP suite comes with 2 bathrooms and a waiting hall and a bedroom. Neat Luxury good service.

A really nice hotel with a great restaurant. The centre of Pudukottai is nothing to write home about, but the hotel is well placed nonetheless. They were struggling to accept international credit cards when we were there, although they were trying to sort it out. As always cash is king in India!

Breakfast service was very bad. By 9 am most buffet dishes are empty and for each service they took 20 minutes. Reception during check in was rigid. They collect advance payment and even small service requests were given immediately negative response. Too costly and service did not match up to what I spent
