Hotel Annapurna - Hotel in Bishnupur - Bankura, India

Would recommend this place if you are travelling in a group and are looking for something within a budget. The food is OK as is the ambience. The staff is cooperative and courteous. There is a lot of scope for improvement especially in the housekeeping department - the washrooms and changing rooms need to be cleaned on regular basis considering the crowds on holidays . The pools also can be a littler tidier. We could make out that the chlorine content in the water is high because of the strong smell around the rain dance area

I overnighted at this hotel while on a very long road trip with my aged mother. The rooms were well-appointed, the food was good, the car parking safe and secure, and most of all, the staff was courteous and attentive. I understand that this is something they're trained to do because they are in the hospitality industry, but here at Hotel Annapurna, it went beyond that in several obvious and subtle ways. The staff was genuinely caring. And what made my day was the manner in which they had packed our breakfast when we were checking out early morning at 4 AM. I have stayed at several star hotels, but nowhere have I felt more genuinely welcomed and cared for than at Hotel Annapurna. Kudos!

Food was horrible - 1st floor restaurant. Feedback was already given on that same day to the person sitting in the reception desk.You will tell all these lies to prove yourself right.Neither the food nor their behavious was good (1st floor)..Instead of all these lies please focus on your services.

The size of the rooms are bit more small that's why they are looks quite congested. But the amenities they are providing are best in class. Quality & taste of foods are also above the standard. Ambience and entrance lawn along with swimming pool looks really mesmerizing.

Excellent Experience.staying there for two nights for some business purpose. Staying in this property is really value foe money. The cordiality of each and every staff members right from the front desk, housekeeping, room service is highly impressive. Worth to be mentioned the staff members of the dining service is really tooooo good. Overall the staying in this property is very comfortable. Hope to visit this wonderful historical place of Bengal again. Obviously our staying destination in this place would be Annapurna

Good hotel but the Roads going to the hotel is narrow and Jampacked so it is quite time consuming and is a patience test for person people travelling with four vehicles especially SUVs will face tough time Rest all amenities are good ! Swimming pool can be more clean

I stayed here in December 2018. The wonderful experience at that time made me revisit this place with three senior citizens of my family. The experience was fabulous. Rooms were clean and spacious. Food was excellent. Partho and other staffs constantly helped my mother moving around with a smile in their face. I am really moved by the courteous behaviour of all the staffs. If I get an opportunity I will revisit this place in future.

One of the best hotel & restaurants at Bishnupur. It is a costly hotel compare to near by hotels. Situated at prime location at Bishnupur. All the tourist spots are close to this property.
