We booked as we were on a business trip. They offered 24hrs check out which was a plus point. Located near the industrial area, itself made it easy for us.Rooms are ok,lacking in cleanliness.We didn't get enough hot water being Solar water and it was very cloudy. Bathroom fittings need to be repaired as there was leakage in the bathroom. I would say it is an average hotel

Dont book this hotel ever. During the checkin i was told that breakfast is complementry but they did not provide breakfast next morning. They did not provide bill for the stay during checkout. I had to call them 100 times to get the same and to different person every time. Worst stay ever i had.

Rooms are not at all maintained 1) Dirty Pillow 2) Small Bed sheet is provided which is very bad. You will start getting itching all over if used 3) No Gyzer / Hot Water facility in bathrooms. Overall the stay was not at all comfortable and will not be staying there henceforth
This hotel is beside the mumbai national highway at kondi, chincolikati just 9 kms from solapur. This hotel is one of the best hotels which provides good rooms along with good food as it has restaurent in it. It is known for its name for providing rooms for guest who come to the MIDC, chincholikati. Tidy rooms, good food... From the room, you can call 9 for reception and 12 for restaurant.... there is a TV facility, tidy bathroom and daily room service.
