Worst hotel have ever seen A/c and television not working and also they are not bothered about the customers we have ask them to shift in other room having A/c and Tv but they didn't shifted us and i have already paid for 4days don't book any room here you will be disappointed. Disgusting seriously.
Didn't stayed here but was here in a meeting with my boss at his room in the hotel..... rooms are clean and very spacious.... room service is quiet fast and prompt..... all ok as per me observing in the limited time spend here...
The condition of the room was terrible. It smelled of cigarettes and the bathroom/toilet was in such a bad condition too. The bathroom water was green in color. Yuck! we had to move out of there quickly.

Hotel has losts it's glory and previous goodwill. Food quality is worse, no reinnovation in rooms, bathrooms, AC's, reception counter. But location is good, and out of all traffics and crowds of Paltan Bazar.

Walking distance from Guwahati railway station towards Paltan Bazar. Rooms are dusty and requirements for deep cleaning. Geyser installed in rooms are very old and take a lot time deliver warm water, taps are not good and well. Need to be updation according to market.
