Hotel Anjali - Family restaurant in Changanassery - Kottayam, India

Nice budget restaurant .Had chicken biriyani and fresh lime juice.Many tables were available.Ordered beef biriyani first.But the waiter reminded that beef will be in small pieces.So I changed order. Chicken biryani was ok.Got boiled egg and pappad salad and pickle with it. Hot water was available on each table. Service was good nd swift.A lot of customers were present.Some of them were ordering meals as it was lunch time. Lime juice was tasty . Price of items are reasonable. Got 2 chicken pieces in the biriyani.

The location is good. Service is good. Clean and maintained. Food, I ordered chicken biriyani and meals. Biriyani was spicy and too much masala, I am sure some of you guys like that. Meals was ok, but the rice was overcooked. Anchovies fry were bit oily.

Good food n taste. A reliable restaurant.. bought breakfast from there. Lunch meals wasn't up to the mark, but okay..

The biriyani is always curry and rice..dude And the meals yooo not so worth for the price but if u want a family friendly dining u will like it

first time in anjali hotel..the restaurant is hygienic...good interior and good ambience..I ordered a chicken biriyani.. It was average..the price is ok..restaurant is near kurishumood Jn..easy to access from the road..bathrooms are well kept...family friendly ...didn't notice the parking area....the restaurant was not busy...the order got within five mins...i think comparing with other hotels near by anjali is best among them.. One of the person running a shop near by suggested me this restaurant..satisfied with my experience..also the restaurant is walkable distance from St Thomas hospital chethipuzha

Heard a lot about their biriyani and went to try but it was insipid at all. What all we got kind of a yellow rice without any flavour and they keep something like chicken curry inside that. This is one of the old restaurant in changanasseri area and we were mentioned the same about the staff, the reply was they change the chef ! Seems they haven't try his food before hiring!!!!

Went for breakfast, neat clean place, the parking space isn't that much but ok for 2cars n bikes. Easy to spot from the road, its situated in the main road (Kurissumood-Changanassseri) opposite Indian coffee house, they accept all kinda payment methods. Ordered Masala dosa & Porotta, egg curry,it came at a pretty reasonable price, the place might look expensive but , its actually reasonable when you consider nearby other hotels. They do offer rooms, the place is well lit, clean, airy, delivery option is available. Overall good restaurant experience. Check it out when you are around here, its a nice place as per my experience.

Went this restaurant a few years back ,i had a plesent experience. I visited again for a small parcel with the same expectation. It was quite late and only casher was there , i had a small order as parcel when I said what I need he just gone into thinking face . With in a second some others also came for parcel without giving any response to me he went to attend others and when there orders were met he asked me as of he is seeing me for the first time, Totally worst behavior.never ever gonna go there again
