The rooms were okay. Hassle free check out and check in and good cooperation as well. And one suggestion is to train the employee in the restaurant section to not to stare at your guests. Not at all, family friendly/couple friendly.
Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The people working here are completely unprofessional and incompetent. Nothing in our room was cleaned after our first night. Dirty towels were never picked up, beds were not made, used coffee mugs and glasses are still sitting in the room, I've received 3 different passwords for wifi and none work. The manager Francis can not be reached at all. Last but not least, I have killed plenty of cockroachs. I would never stay here again or recommend this place to anyone.
Stay was good. House Keeping Dept certainly know their job. There ends the positive areas. The hotel is miserably short staffed. Its not at all possible to get a bell boy to check you in and to support while checking out. If you are used to drinking milk coffee/ tea in the morning, this is the wrong place. They dont provide milk powder along with tea bags and sugar. Used to News paper in the morning?? If so go out and get one for yourselves. They dont put newspaper in the rooms. Obviously, the management is focussing only on their BAR business--- So not the right place for family and other travellers -----
Stayed on march 10, 2023, room 307, am not satisfied because , Air conditioner not working, complaint reported but they can't repair or change the room. no meals no breakfast. very sad.

In short its OVERPRICED!!!( Bar). My previous visit before today was 6 years ago. During that period it was one of the top bars in town accounting for both its shady ambience and for providing different brands of loose cigarettes which was not a feature in every other bar. But today I was greatly disappointed to see that it had lost its dark atmosphere and the price its unacceptable. The price of a KF Storm is 120 in govt outlet, 230 in every other bar i had visited but when the bill came they seem to have their own RANGE 280 Rs.... And its tge only thing i find unnatural there, other than that thr services are good.

Okay, so first of all, this is about the restaurant not the hotel. The hotel seems to be fine but the restaurant? Oh well, not the best I guess. Since we have to cover a lot, let's divide this into sections. First, the food. Bland, basically. It doesn't taste horrible just. It doesn't taste like anything at all which is why I'm not bothered with how less there is. Yes, folks, the biriyani comes as a small cake of tasteless rice and a few cool spices. Now, the service. Oh, I wish I could tell you how much my heart goes out to that one lady who takes orders, gets the plates for us and cleans the tables up, maybe I could if she wasn't so busy and she'd get some time to take my money! I was out shopping for hours straight and I collapse onto the chair, I wait for the woman to come over for like 10 minutes and then after like half an hour I get my food. At that point, I felt like I was being dragged to hell because my stomach hurt so much. If it could speak then it would probably cry and scream cause I was so hungry. And what do I get, folks? Tasteless cake of rice Basically, avoid visiting the restaurant. Note to the owners, get more people to work there and give that woman her promotion.
