Rooms are Good but if you are looking for Stay and food Please avoid. The Lodging and restaurant managements are different. So you will have to hear all the time that "You will have to pay for food immediately" This sounds very unprofessional because both the managements can't collaborate in the interest of the guest.
Was there for dinner so this review is about the food. 10 days in India, having local food everyday, this was one of the best meals we had! The dishes were all very good and the breads were excellent too. The Lady's Finger was so good that we had to order it again and the Chicken Bhurna was the single tastiest dish for the entire trip. Service was prompt although we arrived early and the restaurant just opened for dinner. However the ambiance was the only thing came between them and the 5 star rating from me. Must say we are Malaysian so we are very familiar with Indian food and can handle spicy food.
Very very very worst service i seen in this hotel. I brought my foreign delegates to delight for indian food taste. I informed to bring tea after dinner with normal hot, no one available to take care during our dinner (even not a high peak time i.e. only with very less customers). When I checked at kitchen room for tea, it was about make which will delay further to catch our scheduled flight. I am so much depressed to give this feedback and sorry too if hurts any concern. Food taste is good.
