Not a bad experience at all. Decent Rooms. Good service. Great location. Only issue was that you had to call to get the lift started.
Worst hotel we have stayed ever,very poor service they told us all services including generator we have cleared all our doubts about hotel rooms and services before check in . Then around 1:30 am the light gone even fans were not working. The rooms were very conjusted we have 6 months baby with us and baby was getting very irritated and at that time there was no one to listen us and in morning finally light came at 6am. Then when we are going to checkout our 16year daughter got stucked at elevator for 10 minutes and got fainted also . At this much panic moment there were again no one to listen , even the owner himself was really rude and nonsense, don't want to admit his fault and tries to raise his hand and voice first there were huge crowd collect there . And atlast there were the involvation of police. I'll never suggest this kind of cheap hotel. even more than half of thier reviews are negative and totally correct. Thanks to Punjab police who takes our side and made them sorry they make us feel safe We have cleared all our rent before checkin and if you have all the photage then pls atleast check that all the incidents were TRUE. Worst hotel in amritsar I experienced, they said us that they have generator in their hotel and we don't have to face problem of Electricity but the electricity has gone in the night and they didn't start their generator and when we go to the reception at 5:00am manager is sleeping in the sofa and when we say to him to start generator he said that they don't have fuel to start the generator. The light has gone and the lift is not working whole night they down the MCB at night. The bathrooms are not cleaned and the taps are broken and leaking. My sister is stuck in the lift and the lift stop in the time between two floors and when we go to the reception to start the lift , nobody was present in the reception.Then the owner comes and start shouting on us. Thanks to Punjab police they come at the moment . The owner was tricking us to not check the cameras. Hence the hotel service is so bad. All the guest in the hotel are complaining in the reception.
The worst hotel ever I have stayed in, Hotel management staff is exceptionally rude + Owner is rude and aggressive, I satyed with my family to rest from a long journey but they cut off power supply to save electricity ac and fan shut off and my sister got stuck in elevator for several minutes causing her to faint, moreover there was no receptionist to help and when we raised our voices ro get help owner and some staff appeared and started misbehaving, almost on the verge to fight, crowd gathered causing a scene, soon the Punjab police came to control the situation and found us right, they hid the cctv footage when they were asked for. Because they know what they did. My advice: don't try to stay in this hotel at any cost.
One of the worst hotels in Amritsar. No electricity, bad staff. The lift stops working for 10 mins, my sister who was stuck inside the lift faints, no one present at the reception, no electricity throughout the night, promised to have an electric generator, not present. The owner enters and starts screaming, and nearly starts hitting and pushes my sister, police enter and they teach them a valuable lesson, The owner proceeds to lie and when we ask him to show CCTV footage he gets scared and doesn't let anyone near the computers, a clear act of hiding his behavior and fault. Worst Experience. It was a big mistake to choose this hotel. You are free to argue. I am not blackmailing anyone, I am just exposing the ugly truth of your so called hotel. I don't require a single penny from you, I already have way too much.
Location wise gud ... room was very small in size but was clean washroom was not clean as room... AC was very gud and Android TV was also gud... Satisfied

As the hotel is nearby the Golden temple so we booked 3 rooms....but the lift facility was totally hopeless.....as it is switched off regularly and when we need to go up or down we need to wait up for 5/7 minutes.....food not tasted at all.
