I wanted to share my recent experience during my stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The room lacked basic amenities such as bottled water, dental kits were unavailable upon request, and the toiletries provided were of very basic quality. Additionally, there was a lack of toilet paper, and the soap and shampoo provided were of minimal quality. Moreover, the breakfast service was not in line with expectations. It was only ready by 8:30 AM, causing inconvenience for guests with early commitments. I had to skip breakfast on one occasion due to this delay, and it affected my work schedule. I suggest considering an earlier breakfast service, ideally by 7:30 AM, to better accommodate guests who have professional commitments. This adjustment would enhance the overall guest experience and make the complimentary breakfast more accessible for those on business trips. I appreciate your attention to these matters and hope that these improvements will contribute to a better experience for future guests.

The person on the counter is very irresponsible. For him me & my friend almost miss our bus. They promise that there will be no problem to check out at 5am but at the time of check out there was no person on the chair, nobody received phone on time.
I stayed in this hotel with my family and I'm very much happy about their service. The rooms were very clean and the ambience was also good. The distance was also near to city which is very convenient for us to do shopping,place visits etc.

A good newly built hotel, clean rooms, good service. I checked in at midnight, and still it did not take any time to get me to room! Mr Raj was available on call all the time for anything and everything. Food was always freshly prepared.

Everything was to the mark. Supportive staff , all basic amenities present like wifi, person at bell, 24 hours electricity with DG support. Food in restaurant was also mouth watering.
