I've stayed here 5 6 times so: *It's a little expensive as the rooms are very small. *It's very clean tho. *one of the receptionist I guess he is som das or something he is very freaking rude. *The other lady receptionist is quite polite. *Food is 3/5 but other hotels are nearby. *Location is pretty good I.e it's Keli Kunj, Its on parikrama marg.
Very ridiculous..their tariff is so high in month of November.2023..equivalent to Taj hotel price...which they dont deserve at all. The rooms are very small for such an exhorbitant price.Since they have a centralised ac..there is cigarette smell in the room..probably coming from other rooms. Their in room service for food is very slow. Also one need to check the billing for room food service at the time of checkout..and ask for bill copies. There is a mismatch..dont know whether done intentionally. Only advantage is it is close to Radha KeliKunj and Premanandji Maharaj passes from there.
UNRELIABLE FOR ADVANCE PAYMENT SAME GROUP OF HOTEL ANANDA KRISHNA VAN (just opposite) This hotel at "Vrindavan" is totally unreliable to pay any advance against booking. I am a 66 yrs Paralyzed senior citizen who was hospitalized and much before of my scheduled check in it was inform to the hotel through email by my doctor. Later on my check out from the hospital one "Mr. Sonu Agarwal" (mostly the owner) promised me to refund Rs.15000/- and asked me my bank detail with cancelled cheque. This was also promptly done by me. Ever since that my nightmare started (2 months from now) everytime he promised me to transfer the amount next day but never does. Now even he has stopped avoiding my phone. I have the total copies of the emails conversation and communication through phones and Whatsapp. The front office staff and accountant are also totally aware about the promises made to me. So in a general interest I am writing this that this hotel is NOT reliable at all to give any advance and check in only after inspecting the rooms and other promises shown in their brochure.
Quite neat&clean Hotel.Good Service by cordial staff. Tanvi& Rizwan were very polite &prompt in taking personalized care.However it lacks an inhouse Restaurant . Please maintain this standard in future also.
Room rent is not fixed ...they charged triple room rent from us because we stayed there at weekend (3 days holiday) from September 30 2023 to October 2 2023 .this is very ridiculous.. food was not good ..third class hotel ..
Staff is Good but Owner himself is very Rude, Towels are dirty and torn, Third class food Only Good thing is it's very near to all major Temples specially Premanand ji Maharaj pass from here so u can get Darshan rest hotel is ok ok
Located very near ISCON temple in heart of Vrindavan. Rooms were very good.Well maintained. Room service was good. Persons at the counters were courteous and helpful. Moderately priced. Good place to stay in Vrindavan. Easily accessible to all the places.
I came a few days ago and it was my best experience so far. Good hospitality and reception staff Tanvi is very supportive.
