Hotel Anand Villa - Hotel in Agra, Dhandhupura - Agra, India

I must express my utmost disappoint with hotel Anand villa , as it has proven to be the epitome of poor quality. The management is severely lacking , the staff members are consistently rude. Don't book Anand hotel villa for any kind of program or event purpose.

Hotel located behind the TDI mall. Not too far from the Taj Mahal. Now comes to rooms. The quality of the rooms provided was not so good. AC not working properly. Water dipping from the gyser. Service is good. But the food cost is too high. Outside look of the hotel was very nice but rooms are not as per the standard.

Overall staff were brilliant. Rooms were a little dated and many only had a window facing into the central corridor. Aircon not working well

Worst room in agra. Looks good from outside but from inside it was like you are staying in a railway platform. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there.

The experience at the hotel was good. Staff's behaviour was friendly. Nice ambience, i can't tell much about food because I only had tea which was good. overall i am pretty happy. Zero interference or disturbance was the thing i liked the most.

premium rooms are not exactly premium rooms. cramped. but they have kept it clean. can't complain a lot about the beddings. had to ask them to change the sheets once again. may be the deluxe rooms are a better option

AC was dripping in the room. They provided another room. Rooms were ok for a night sleep, not so great. From outside this hotel looks very good, but inside is a normal lodge like place, with normal rooms. If you are looking for a place to sleep, you can go for it. But price has to be best, otherwise its not worth it. I booked for 2200 rs during February month which is costly for what you get.

Terrible hotel, very disappointing experience for my family, NOT RECOMMENDED, WASTE OF MONEY!!! Had booked this hotel (2 superior rooms) for my family through MakeMyTrip and paid almost 9,000. Such a waste of money. Rooms were okay in general, but one of the rooms had a bad smell. But the worst thing was that there was some party going on at the hotel, very loud & disturbing, and it went on till post midnight. Party guests were shouting for hours through a mic. My family complained multiple times, but nothing happened. They were tired but couldn't sleep due to all that noise. Food & service in the restaurant were pathetic. The cutlery was not clean. While ordering chicken, they explicitly requested to cook it properly, but it was served half cooked, big chunks. After serving, when my family pointed that out, they took that to cook it again while my family waited for 20-25 minutes and everything else went cold. Still can't believe that I paid 9000 bucks for such a disappointing experience.
