HOTEL ANAND PALACE SHIRDI - Hotel in Shirdi - Ahmednagar, India

This is the WORST place that you get for yourself after paying a lot of money. This place has missing basic amenities like hot water, even in the morning between 8-10 AM there was no provision for hot water which other hotels provide for half the price. Cleanliness is also not upto the mark, even the exhaust fan wasn't working in the toilet. And to top it all the AC wasn't working and when I complained they came to the room where my family was sleeping at 12 in the midnight to clean the AC, of course I didn't allow that and the next day during checkout they simply returned me Rs. 500 what they charged extra for an air conditioned room just to avoid any argument in front of other customers. Stay away from this place at all costs especially if you accompanied with your family.

One of the best hotels in Shiridi I would say. All the members are really good. They provide good service. Rooms are clean as well. Food is also really good. Had a good experience during the stay.

A good place to stay at, staff are friendly natured and were helpful during our stay. The food was great too @ its own restaurant. The main highlight was the location. Its located just opp to the main bus terminal and centrally located.

Extremely obnoxius place, avoid at all costs. Not at all worth what they charge. Rooms smelled of uncleaned bathrooms, bedsheets were torn, i dont think bedsheets and linens are changed when people check out. They was plenty of body hair and stains on the bedsheets which we saw before we even sat on/slept on the bed. This is the problem with hotels in pilgrimage places, no one cares about customers. I wouldnt pay even half the price i actually paid for this abbatoir. Staff were not rude but were clueless regarding solving any problems. Food in the attached restaurant was decent.

Please don't prefer this Hotel . REASON : THE SERVICE BOY ENTERED MY ROOM WITH HIS MASTER CARD THINKING THAT THERE WERE NO ONE IN THE ROOM. BUT I WAS IN BATHROOM . I GOT FRIGHTENED TO SEE THE SERVICE BOY IN MY ROOM AS I OPENED THE BATHROOM DOOR. I HAVE SHOHTED AT THE GUY AND HE HAS LEFT THE BUILDING. AND THE STAFF IS SAYING HE IS NOT THEIR SERVICE GUY AND MISLEADING THE SITUATION. KINDLY NO ONE GO TO THIS HOTEL. THERE IS NO POINT OF SAFETY HERE

Perfect hotel bedsheet and bathroom return clean location very nice 3 minutes wakable distance to temple stop is very helpfully I recommended everyone go to hotel Anand Palace Shirdi

We had dinner yday at this hotel(not sure why we chose this and is probably bad time). We were a family of 4 with kids and we ordered some very simple simple dishes like pav bhaji and Jeera rice. Pav Bhaji tasted quite horrible here and can't believe that this is made in Maharashtra like this. Secondly, this is the first time in my life that Jeera rice was not made with basmati rice and these guys were defending this stating it was the local rice here. Also, there were stones in this Jeera rice as well PLEASE AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST AND DONT COME HERE TO HAVE ANY FOOD AS THEY DONT UNDERSTAND HOW TO MAKE EVEN BASIC DISHES!!!!!!!!!! The owner says this is a fake review. I just want to respond to that wherein we had taken photos with the sardarji statue placed in front of the restaurant before we had food. I dont have any intention to post a fake review given that I come from South India all the way to Maharashtra to post a fake review in a shrine. If the food is not good, then it is a fact as I have paid for it with no empathy from the restaurant side to acknowledge and correct it. Shame on them.
