Hotel Anand Castle - Hotel in Kashipur - Udam Singh Nagar, India

One of good property i stayed till date.The greenery around the property is like awesome .The hospitality was good .We wanted a late chack out and they agreed without charging extra money. Rooms were spacious. Best regards Manager Anand castle hotel

From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I knew I was in for an exceptional experience. The attention to detail, the impeccable service, and the overall atmosphere of this hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfection. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always readily available to assist me with any request or inquiry I had. The level of professionalism and genuine care they exhibited was truly commendable.

So, before checking into the hotel, I called the number provided on Google. A guy answered and I explained that two unmarried adults were coming and we agreed on a rate of 3k per night with breakfast. But the next day when we went to the reception, there was a girl who denied our booking. When I asked the guy about it, the girl said that breakfast wasn't included in the 3,000 rupees. Anyways, the room for 3,000 rupees was very small, the food was terrible, and the lights kept going off intermittently. The hotel staff was extremely rude. I hope that helps!

Let me write everything.....Rude staff and the lady at front desk behaves like as if she owns the whole hotel and lies on our faces about the price and then provide us with a small room which isn't even worth rs. 1000 that type of room is ridiculous and i was unlucky because it was late night and Anand castle was the only nearest hotel in kashipur so i had to book that hotel and the thing is..she said that you will get a deluxe room in 4,000 with breakfast...and on the name of deluxe,i got a room small as the size of a bathroom and a kitchen. And that also was giving bad Vibes. And when i asked her to change the room she behaved as if i was staying there for free and she said ki yhi h apko adjust krna pdega... And she laughed while saying that. Her behaviour is ridiculous. She looks like a maid and she has gotten the attitude of a rich egoistic owner. And the room quality was so bad and there were cockroaches in the room and even on the bedside. And the bedsheet was not clean. And they have an electricity problem. And even their telephone line was not working so you have to go down 3 floors at the front desk to complain about things. And the next morning they refused for free breakfast and said ki sir your package does not include breakfast even tho i was told that it includes free breakfast and u was charged 4,000 rs. For no reason. Visiting anand castle was a big mistake even though their food is terrible and too costly. I will recommend everyone to visit kundan's for food at normal price and great taste instead of ordering food from anand castle. They need to improve so much and they need to change their employees. They seem like illiterate people and have an attitude at another level. Even their manager was not available so that I could complain about them. And they need to focus on cleanliness even though their towels were not clean.

Found good place to stay in kashipur. Superior room size is good enough. One thing i disliked is bed mattress. Food quality need to improve. Rest all is ok.
