Hotel is nice overall. But this hotel is STRICT NO FOR PEOPLE HEADING TOWARDS MOUNTABU. This hotel is located 44 kms ( See the photos) away from mountabu and you just can't enjoy the hill weather if you opt to stay here. you can stay in this hotel if you are heading for ambaji. there is no network connectivity ( except idea) and you will have to depend on hotel manager for each and everything. All the taxis charge hefty amount to take you to mountabu and even for railway station. food is just OK. room service will not pick up phone so every time you have to go to the reception to order for tea,breakfast, lunch and dinner. house keeping will not bother to clean your room once you check in. though we had a three day stay over there but they didn't bother to clean the room. two soaps and two towels were provided for the entire stay. we booked this hotel for our holiday at mountabu but we decided to leave the hotel 1 day earlier and headed for Ahmadabad. I would request even *******not to list this hotel under heading " HOTELS IN ******" BECAUSE IT IS *******. Hotel manager and staff are very courteous but what they lack is administration in my opinion. this hotel is located near gujrat border but in Rajasthan. evening time it is packed with people coming form border areas for drinks( Gujrat being a dry state) and it looks like a big bar. rooms are big and spacious with AC working properly.

Worst experience! Very very rude behaviour of manager. They overcharged us and when we showed them price in menu, They started behaving very rudely. I suggest find other option. Rooms are also dirty and not worth for this price. At last, I will never forget manager's word " Chal paise de or nikal aur ramayan band kar". They don't accept any card.. only cash. Also check out time is 10 AM and we got delayed by 15 minutes. For this they charged us.. Rajasthan Ke Lutare !

Worst food. No hygiene in making food. Hair in food. When I asking about hair staff didn't gave answer in manner. Undiscipline staff management. Totally disgusting.

One of the best place to stay between nature You will not get any good hotel and bar till aburoad And it's near to Ambaji just 6km on border Staff is also caring and they will serve you professionally overall good service I must recommend to visit
