They loot customers by charging high rates. Dirty rooms & Toilet. Take full advantage of needy customers. Charge exorbitantly for everything. Take payment in cash for everything to avoid paying taxes. No intercom service. A customer has to go to counter at ground floor to ask anything even if he is staying on 3rd floor. Staff at counter arrogant & non helpful. Will not recommend anyone for stay..

Value for money hotel, walkable distance from Prem Mandir. However you can't bring your taxi vehicle here during the day due to road blocks, so you have to take auto and go. Hotel rooms are spacious and airy with ample natural light. It has a small refrigerator and cooking area geyser in washrooms. The food in the hotel was not good, it took them forever to serve veg thali.

I stayed with my family for a day....location is good but cleanliness of the room was poor, staff service was very bad, electric and bathroom fittings in room was broken.

Hello all. Long post alert. Please read along if u can spare 5 minutes before booking this hotel.I booked this hotel for 15 and 16 Feb 2023 (1 night). The locality is nice and pleasant and orem mandir was in proximity (major reason to choose this hotel). I checked in at 9am in the morning (check in time is 12pm) and was asked to pay extra rupees 300 for before time check-in. Don't know where is it written so. The room provided was spacious but lacked facilities. the room must have amenities but it lack most of them. No water, no TV, AC not working.Washroom was clean but water availability was problematic. The reception and kitchen number provided was never picked up and i had to go down again and again for things (same phone number was said but no use).Wifi available but its range and strength was low and won't reach upto the room (high speed in washroom).At night, there was constant noise in room balcony. I doubt it was mice.The TV didn't work even on repeated complaints and finally it was said the dish antenna repair person is in hospital (easy escape).Overall, if u just coming to vrindavan and want hotel only to sleep then u can consider this (but if u want only to sleep then why not other dham's which offer same thing at lower rates). If you are willing for good stay and comfortable part, kindly consider other hotels also..Thanks

Room is spacious and very clean. Near to temple and main road. Food stall and restaurant are at walking distance. But only disappointment is their WIFI and TV. Overall is good. On Weekend they will charge high, on other hand weekdays will be quiet reasonable price. Almost 40% off

Long post alert.. Staying in hotel for 15-16 Feb 2023 (1 night) Check in was done early, so was charged 300 for early check in (do t know which rule is this from). Rooms were spacious and well lit but, as per mentioned amenities, most were not available. TV not working (even on repeated complaints), washroom was clean, AC not worked, room telephone couldn't connect to reception or kitchen. Consider this hotel if you want only to sleep (still you have better dham at affordable price only for sleeping and bathing). If you planning a proper vacation, consider other hotels. Stay : 1 night (15-16 Feb, 2023), third floor room

Rooms were neat and clean and very spacious but they charge more and in festive season they charge 2X. Room price for double bed is around 1500 for 2 person. This hotel's distance is just 2 min walk from Prem Mandir. But for solo they charge same price because noone was providing room to solo traveller. They also did not give me bill. overall good experience but yes, charges were high and they were very unethical. They will try to charge as much as they can.
