Nice veg restaurant food quality is justifying the rate

Good taste and very good ambiance. Good quality as well as quantity of food. The staff are very customer friendly and good hospitality. The place located in good place and parking ok. The purpose expected is met by the staff of the hotel. Clean and hygiene atmosphere makes good feeling.

The following restaurant was the worst place i have visited. They have a hotel and the first preference is provided to the people residing in this hotel. I was there with the family and we practically had to wait for 15 minutes for some one to come down and take an order. I was told sir your food would be ready in 20 minutes and was told we dont have idly and vada but the hotel guests sitting next to me were served the same. I waited for more than 30 minutes and had to walk out of the hotel. The Hotel Manager did not have the courtesy to ask us to wait also and informed us rudely it will take another 10 minutes or you can go ... such attitude in hospitality industry is not something i expected

superb food and good service

Unethical persons with complete inhumanitarian grounds. Being much hungry v a group of 50 pilgrims visited this hotel for dinner by 9pm. They served us with ICE COLD CHAPATHI which was prepared long before. When identified and demanded to change them fr new ones the serving gentleman was much reluctant and negligent. Felt pathetic about ourselves and v ate the very same dish as few of them have started taking few pieces out of hunger and being a human being v decided to finish of the food to prevent wastage of food. When informed to the person in cash counter he was very generous in giving us a sympathetic gesture instead of apologizing for his staffs misdeeds. Great peice of shitious persons. Better to b renamed as HOTEL POISON instead.
