This Hotel is excellent in every aspect.Service,staff,rooms and food is top of all.The Management is very good.We really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely recommendable! You will not get such service even in 5 star catagory Hotels.
Excellent location, near the market and everything is so easily accessible. Staff is nice and friendly and service is excellent just need to work on food quality.

We booked 7 rooms for 2 days, and each room had different interiors, superbly done. Very neat and tidy Hotel. Mr. Rishi at the reception was the go to man, the epitome of perfect hospitality. He arranged everything for us at very reasonable prices, be it the gypsies, dinner for 25 people at a very short notice. Excellent excellent hotel to stay in Pachmarhi.

Excellent location, near the market and everything is so easily accessible. Staff is nice and friendly and service is excellent. Rooms were spacious, average cleanliness, but okay for the price paid and we didn't mind some minor things here and there. The restaurant food is good, but you can get better options in the market too. Order if you have less time or too tired to go to market. Over all we had a good stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to couples as well as families.
