Booked room directly at hotel for 3 days, they changed 3000 for per day. In last they refused to give bill and charged 300 for lost access card, which hardly cost 30 to 50 rs. Not happy with service also. Will not recommend.
Nice, clean rooms & bathrooms. I have stayed here twice in 2 months. I loved the ambience of both the rooms I stayed in so far. The crew is pretty good & professional so far. Hope this good service continues for a long time One improvement is to make sure the shower is in best condition
Hotel Ameena palace really turned true to their reviews.. we reached late evening looking for a pleasant stay in Bhatkal with no prior booking in any hotel we were stuck, because one famous hotel room was way too expensive and others were pathetic in condition and were still overcharging us.. we had seen the reviews of this place but no contact details were given online.. so we went here at last and to our surprise the room and the hotel was so wonderful.. one of the best that I have come across and that too in reasonable pricing considering their hygiene and quality of rooms. The room was amazing with three very comfy beds , bathroom was super clean and the flooring was so good (non slippery tiles in the bath area) , every thing in the room was well kept and maintained . So yeah.. this is the place.. if you wanna stay in Bhatkal, this hotel is where you wanna go.!
