This hotel runs a spa and massage center, nice staff oil massage expert cute girls. They charge 2k but inside room therapist is like give me 5000 and I will give you a body to body massage. I said no nd she said ok I will do it for 4k and then she offered a full service. Was kinda surprised that the management allows something like this to run in a prominent hotel to make a business. I wished to give a lower rating to this property for the illegal activities that I judge something are taking place in this so called "spa" are very disturbing.

I was given smoking room even though booked non smoking. Upon requesting to change , they said open the windows! We will spray fragrance. When I told them I will write true bad review, the receptionist called the manager and after 20 minutes offered to change the room. What happened to Fully booked hotel? I came to Bangalore after 4 days, but stayed at different hotel nearby.
Very ideal if you have a drop box appt, 4 to 5 mins walk to Dropbox location. Very satisfied with manager Thomas and his staff. Very clean rooms, immediate service. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast.

We held a birthday party for my son at the Hotel Ambient Turret. Ravi and his team did a great job organizing the event, and the food served was also good. There was ample space for dining, and the hotel is located in close proximity to bus stops and a metro station. Valet parking is available. All the best to Ravi and his team.
We hosted our kids 1st birthday in the banquet hall comprising of 150 guests. Location was good with valet parking facility available. The food prepared by them was very delicious . Mr.Ravi - property manager was very quick in resolving any issues and took very good care of the event requirements. Thanks to ambiet Turrent and their crew to make our event a successful one!!!
