____Terrible Experience at Hotel Amber____ I recently stayed at Hotel Amber, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, I encountered numerous issues that made my stay extremely unpleasant. Firstly, the location of the hotel is terrible. It is situated in an inconvenient area, far away from any attractions or amenities. This made it difficult for me to explore the city and enjoy my time there. Another major problem I encountered was the abundance of mosquitoes in the hotel. Despite my efforts to keep them away, I found myself constantly battling these pests throughout my stay. It was a constant annoyance and made it difficult for me to relax in my room. While the air conditioning in the hotel was functioning, it failed to provide adequate cooling. The room never reached a comfortable temperature, which made it challenging to sleep or spend any significant amount of time in the room. The size of the rooms was acceptable, but that was the only positive aspect. The lack of elevators was a major inconvenience, especially when carrying luggage or after a tiring day of exploring the city. It made going up and down the stairs a tiresome task. The hotel's inflexible pricing policy was disappointing. The prices were non-negotiable, despite the numerous shortcomings and issues with the hotel. Considering the overall quality and experience, the rates seemed unreasonably high. The cleanliness of the hotel was also subpar. The towels provided were dirty, and the bedsheets were stained and unwashed. This lack of attention to cleanliness was unacceptable and showed a lack of care for guest comfort. Furthermore, the staff members were consistently rude and unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in addressing any concerns or providing satisfactory customer service. Their behavior only added to the overall negative experience. Parking was a nightmare at Hotel Amber. There was zero parking space available, which meant I had to spend a considerable amount of time searching for parking elsewhere. This inconvenience made my stay even more frustrating. To make matters worse, there were no on-site restaurant or cafe facilities. This meant I had to go out and find food options outside the hotel, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. Considering the multitude of problems I encountered during my stay, I can confidently say that I will never stay at Hotel Amber again. The combination of the terrible location, mosquito infestation, inadequate air conditioning, lack of elevators, unclean towels and bedsheets, rude staff, zero parking space, and absence of restaurant or cafe facilities made it an extremely disappointing experience overall. I would strongly advise against staying at Hotel Amber if you value comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant hotel experience. There are undoubtedly better options available in the area that will ensure a more enjoyable stay.

Unbelievable surprise for what you pay rooms are super clean spacious and with all facilities. They have their own resturant which is also very good. Actually my home is 5 minutes away from here but due to some powercut issues in my locality I had to stay here to attend meetings online today. Staffs are also good.

Decent room's according to price ,food is good for everyday eating or food like home,made lunch & Dinner both are good you'll get decent options for vegetarian & Non-vegetarian also at last you can stay and can have food both are quite affordable.

Service not good, if electrical supply fails no back for AC, only light and fan, too much mosquitos, not providing any thing to escape from mosquitos, behaviour not good

Excellent place to stay in the centre of the city Pakur with station just a stone's throw away. Very cooperative staff and pricing withing pocket. Highly recommended
