As per the location it was worth it. Owner is quite friendly. My family had a great time. We stayed there for two days. It's near the mall road so you can easily visit all the nearby places.
Hi all, I visited shimla in November, I chose the first, one hotel room which cost 1200 rup/ night. Then we went to check out other rooms which are 2300/ night. These rooms are really good, neat, and provide room ac with manual temperature control which helps us to overcome the cold, that part I like most.
The hotel is just walking distance from the Old bus stand in Shimla; you've got to climb for 5-10 minutes only. There was no proper water availability, and the TV was not working at all. The staff took our order for vegetarian thali only to call us after 30 minutes to say that no food was available, and that too on a rainy day. We had to remain on an empty stomach that afternoon. The staff was so lazy that the receptionist had to come to deliver the towel and other toiletries. Except for the receptionist, none of the staff bothered to even deliver a jug of water; forget about anything else.
It is good budget hotel, Near Mall road, but need to climb stairs to go Mall road it just 5-7 minutes away from Mall road walking distance. Food was also good, room and bathroom were also clean. Nice location

it seems quite old hotel with most of the budget stuff, but its budget one.the stay was nice, can't say it was perfect ,some plumbing, electrical repairs are urgently needed to be looked into in washrooms as well as paint, furniture finish need to be looked into etc.our gyser had broken hose, one night and morning we had to depend upon buckets for hot water. didn't try their food.but location was just perfect for us, although in narrow street, but it was quite peaceful stay for us. cleanliness need to improve a lot, specially in washrooms as well as bedding, cover was not available one single quilt.its walkable distance from bus stand ,mall road , market, shopping etc is the great point. view from top rooms is good too, garden top restaurant is good for some time pass. mr. rajat is a good host. feel, if one don't mind paying for location while compromising on most of luxurious or star facilities, can consider this hotel.
Waste of Money. Rooms are dirty & services is third class. Better to book panchayti dharmshala instead of this pathetic hotel. I would suggest all the first time visitors in Shimla who do not know about hotels...don't trap by the photos of this hotels on websites....it is just waste of money & time.
