HOTEL AMBER PALACE - Hotel in Dehradun - Dehradun, India

The owner is a fraud person worst room ever I have stay don't book this hotel,.plz be aware.Worst hotel in entire dehradun. Will not again book this hotel at even 500Rs. Walls, tiles, washrooms everywhere there are cracks. Worst service. Stinking bedsheet, pillows. I asked for a towel more than 10 times and received it in the morning. No landline. The owner is too arrogant. He used lift first alone and let us wait. Don't book this hotel.

I would be the 1st to share the experience while still being at the AMBER PALACE. First of all, Don't fall for name. It is not always that what it looks like. Worst experience ever. I am witing this at 1.31am. Ask me why I am not yet slept? Actually I am not able to, winds are beating the loosened window frames so hard that one can't even sleep. It's like a horror room. Like Someone from outside is beating it. Horrible. I would like to tell people in a short and very simple words : 1 - Rooms - the building is not even safe for living. Almost in every wall there is water leaking from it idk how? The walls are totally in damp conditions. Water is flowing in floors from walls. I would attach a photo if possible. 2 - Staff - I asked for Pillow cover [as pillow was totally looking in bad shape) my sis. Didnt even used it and staff replied it depends on room rent paid sir. 3 - Facility - Washroom utensils are in such a bad shape that after using the tap to wash hands, I needed to use Sanitizers to clean washed hand. 4 - Room worth - Not even 500 rs. 5 - Even basic facility of Drinking water is not availble there. 6 - Bad odor in the entire building, room and in elevator. Never ever gonna visit there.

Servicing is very bad peoples are not behaving good they are behaving some poor peoples like that room condition is very bad servicing all location not good

This hotel is near my place. It's ok for a night. It's not exactly a proper hotel. There are some shops open on the ground floor and they don't have a proper security system. But the market is close to the hotel, you get all the facilities outside the hotel. Like auto-rickshaws for traveling and fast food stalls nearby bakery and lot more.

The Worst. They were cockroaches and termites everywhere in the room. And the geser was broken. The bed is uncomfortable and the bedsheets are dirty. The tap and shower are not working too.
