Very reasonable budget price as this stay is for my transit to Shimla by train on the next day The room is just simple basic but for me the balcony is made my day. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the railway station.
One of the worst hotel in Kalka, how worst can see the pictures. this hotel didn't deserve even 1 star.. Please go ahead there is good and cheap hotels are available on the same street....
This hotel is good for those who want to catch toy train for Shimla in morning.. the hotel is 240m away walking distance frm kalka railway station.. don't expect much from the hotel.. but it's value for money.. dont forget to keep soaps towels n mosquito repellent with u.. bed sheet n cover can b taken for comfort.
Hotel Amber is at a good location, walkable from Kalka railway station. I would recommend this hotel mainly for luggage keeping and for people who have train from Kalka at odd hours. People can just walk to the railway station from the hotel in 5 minutes.
Hotel is good for an overnight Stay. Restaurant is just outside with delicious food and Tea. I appreciate the Hotel Boss who subscribed immediately for the Sports Channel on my Call. So far So good

The room for 1st floor with zigzag puzzled way with high step risers and extremely narrow stair passage. Room was spacious but untidy along with 24Hrs hot water supply in bathroom. Acceptable to stay for one night.
