Thanks for your hospitality on my daughter's 2nd b'day at your rooftop restaurant. It was totally mismanaged by your team with tasteless food. First of all, whatever comitted at the time of fixing the menu was not delivered (welcome drink/ cold drink) Second, Tomato soup came on demand, that too with no ascense of Tomato in it, seems like tomato sauce was mixed with water and some masalas. Third, food was only prepared with Salt and chillies, no taste in it. Also difficult to find vegies in mixed vegetable apart from Salt and chillies. Fourth, the basic item i.e. Onion was not there in Salad. Green salad was like prepared in the morning or perhaps a day before and served at night. Fifth, Papad was replaced with some cheap kachari. Sixth, roti and chapati were kept so chilled, seems it is being for summer days. Overall the experience was totally disappointed and I would personally not like to come again nor I would recommend anyone including future parties of SBI to be conducted at Hotel Ambassador. You should taste the food yourself first before serving to others, so that you can actually realize, whats poor quality is being served @ Rs. 250+ bucks. This is my genuine feedback.
