Hotel Ambarish Grand Residency - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

The rooms are pretty good but the sheets and other stuffs are dirty, the room service is bad too. We forgot and mistakenly locked us outside they said it was on us how to open the door, we climbed through the window we were on 4th floor

It's one of the worst hotel at Guwahati. Reason the below. 1.Room service is very very poor. After repeated phone call they give a bottle of water. 2.No bedside mobile charging point and not even within the room. Finally requested for a extension board which they connect from mini fridge point. 3.They give me room in 6 th floor which was 115 nos of stairs from the road without lift which was not working for last more than 10-12 days and after repeated request to manager no action taken till my check out today. It's really painful for me to climb regularly. 4.In bathroom hot water tap was broken so i have to take bath during my entire stay in cold water. 5.Tv was not recharged.6.Room service clean my room with keeping wet, used towel. 7.Everyday I have to beg for getting a bottle of water from them and on daily basis I bring a bottle of complementary water bottle from the reception by myself. 8.No wi fi service was there at all. Overall it's a pathetic stay at this hotel

Superb location with worst hospitality management. I stayed there with my family and made bookings through agoda. rooms are filled with old furniture and bed. less number employees in every service section. bathrooms with dripping water from faucets. cockroaches crawling. some of the girls working there seems under age (less then 18 years). submitted my review through agoda and requested them to look after these issues but it seems they are not bothered at all, did not posted my review in its website. please do your due diligence before booking this property. thanks.

Poor service and don't maintain lift, not support manager, bad experience in 3 star hotel in my life.

I have worked in this hotel for a month and a half, and one thing i can say is Neither they take care of their employees nor their customers. They treat their employees and customers as if they are no one. I will tell you why you shouldn't stay at this hotel. Firstly, Management is poor, Their OM is the fraudest person I ever came across, with his sweet words, he can convince anything to anyone but when it comes to serving customers, he is the last person u will see, this is probably the worst hotel all over the world. 1. With lack of employees, they are inefficient in providing the guest with the basic service.(TV,AC,Hot water,Quality food). They charge a hell lot but once you pay them the money, they pretend as if they dont know you. 2. The basic amenities doesn't work. If your expecting AC,TV or hot water, then forget about it. 3. The quality ofthe food is worst, I can tell this because I have worked there and i have seen thr kitchen. If you want to get food poision, then order food from there. Lastly, If you are atleast expecting basic amenities from this hotel, then you will disappointed.

One of the worst hotel I have ever seen in Guwahati how comes it is 3star hotel the condition of the room is worst, flush is not working, tv not working, smells bad inside the room, don't waste your money here I have booked from oyo but they refuse to give compliment breakfast as I have a book the room in offer price. Room service boy is very rude.
