Hotel Ambarish - Hotel in Guwahati - Kamrup Metro, India

Dirty water,no girjar, one towel just but i want 2 towel but there are not. and food is good but, what is this? Who says like that, that they serve food for just 2 persons ..... We are paying money in the hotel so they need to serve our full family but... they doesn't . We are 3 members but they serve breakfast for two person why? There are 2 pillows but in another hotel there was 4 pillows.

Very poor service, for a cup of tea we hv to wait 85 min. On 28th power cut was there & D G set nit working for an hour

I was extremely disappointed with the stay. I had to wait almost an hour for a room to be made ready. The room allotted had a washroom extremely dirty and smelly. A much better room(freshly painted) was alloted next. The room was better but much below my expectations. The house keeping team tried their best but may be they have their limitations too. There was not hot water in the tap or the shower during this cold winter. Stained linen and towel, found it quite unhygienic. I could not sleep the entire night because the countless mosquitoes kept me busy. I loved the food prepared by the chef though. All the staff were very humble and polite but they had their limitations as I said earlier.Once upon a time this hotel was a desired place to live, but not anymore. I hope not to see this bad experience again. Thank you.

A silent place, in the middle of the city. if coming with own car, this is the best place, in terms of traffic roots it can move to all directions without hurdles,, but Need little attention on service and cleanliness , i would say good...

The worst hotel. The location and the parking place is very nice. But apart from these nothing is good in this hotel. 1. Very old ac. Not effective. 2. Room not clean. 3. Water not available most of the time. 4. Drinking water not provided. 5. Dirty. Bathroom. 6. For two person for 3 days they have given 1 towel on the 1st day and did not changed even after request. 7.soap was not provided on 2nd day even after request. Overall this is a very outdated hotel. 8. No room service.9. No phone in room. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Room was dirty. Toilet was in a horrible condition. No hot water. When I asked to kindly make arrangements for an immersion rod to heat water, the receptionist just nodded his head, but no such provision was provided when we returned to the hotel. Even toilet paper wasn't provided till I asked the receptionist. No packaged drinking water was given. Also, when we told them to please change the bed sheets, they did it but it looked like they just roughly folded the blankets. Very bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this for travelling with family. I have put photos of the hotel for your reference.

Rs. 3900/- per night for double bed. No staff to clean the rooms. Old men in their mid 50's are employed here who can hardly move around. . Sack those people. Lots of unemployed youths out there to upgrade your hotel. Zero star Tibet Hotel @1600 at Paltan bazaar is much better than the '3 star Ambarish Hotel'. Pathetic!

Third class hotel. 2000 rent room no gyser. Toilet are dirty. Very bed smell come from toilet. Blanket are dirty. Never stay again. I shifted another hotel. I think 3star hotel but totall disappointed me.
