The food quality was awesome... I'm really happy and satisfied

On behalf of a group from The Netherlands and Belgium i like to give the Ambar hotel 5 stars for their hospitality and food! We were travelling from Omkareshwar to Ajanta and had a stop for lunch here in their beautiful garden. The food was so tasty with very special and authentic local Mughal dishes..all freshly prepared and served with love. I am coming here since about 15 years now and everytime it is a true feast to have lunch here. It is THE tastiest foodexperience of our 31 days trip in Central India!

We stayed in cottage and interiors are poor. No toilet paper in washroom. Although property is cleaned but really needs renovation, it feels like living in 50years old house. The coffee I ordered had insect leg in it. I doubt hygiene is maintained hence didn't order anything after having pathetic experience.

The hotel is located just center in city of burhanpur. The hotel offers a limited secured parking for free. The hotel staff is very friendly and offers a lot of information about the city.( what to do, where to eat, how to get there, local tips etc.) You have several options to get to the city area: You can go by rikshow, The room was modern, spacious and very clean.even of good quality in the room. You can also use for free a fitness and sauna (on the other side of the road) and several swimming pools at a resort ( 100m from the hotel) The Lunch was good and dinner had an extensive choice. So, in short, the excellent quotes confirmed. we would definitely recommend.I love it this place thank you so much HOTEL AMBER AND HOLIDAY RESORT.

It was the most worst experience of my life....with lot of bedbugs and 0 hygiene

The oldest hotel and restaurant in Burhanpur. This is Parsi owned and managed property. Restaurant is in the name of Heena Garden. Visited after many years. It was raining and this is best place to have dinner in the town. Open restaurant and bollywood songs in background. Wide variety of food but go with what they offer the best.
