Hotel Ambai Grand - Hotel in Ambasamudram - Tirunelveli, India

Recently stayed @ Ambai Grand, rooms were neat, clean and spacious, located in the main area. The service was very nice. The staff were very polite and caring. Food was very nice. They were celebrating the 7th Anniversary, Wish all the best to the hotel management and staff. Had a nice stay, Thanks a lot for your hospitality.

For the last three months, I've called this hotel my home away from home. I thank the entire staff, including the managers for being such kind hearted people. The rooms are consistently clean and provide a comfortable environment for relaxation. The restaurant consistently serves delicious food with punctual service. It was an absolutely amazing experience during the stay, the staff were very courteous , rooms clean and efficient housekeeping. The restaurant next to the hotel was also very good and had a good variety of food. Overall for the location this is the best option, VFM

Excellent hotel and spacious rooms. The manager Paul Durai helped us a lot as as we missed a luggage in car park and he kindly couriered it packed safely. The food in the veg restaurant next to the hotel is awesome with lot of varieties unlike traditional Veg, it's got plenty of new tasty dishes.

We stayed in family deluxe room. The room was very clean and sufficient to our needs!! The washroom is quite big and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a water kettle also in the room. The towels provided were faded in color and hence doesn't look very clean (even though they are perfectly washed and given). There was no iron box in the room, but the staff helped us out real quick in getting our clothes ironed for 15rs/cloth. They were kind and very helpful! The hotel is in the great location of Ambasamudram, and there were couple of restaurants in and around this place.

A great dining experience for vegetarians. Wide range of menus and desserts to choose from. Service, ambience and food tasted were good.. should try mushroom soup, honey chilli potato fry and potato cheese ball..

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE when I had parked my car in the parking slot properly. but someone from the hotel parked in the backside of my car improperly. Hence I had to wait more than 30 minutes to take my car. So I brought this to the receptionist, and I got the worst response from them. Finally, I had to find the parked car owner who parked the car in appropriate place, argue with them, and take my car out. No assistance/Response from RECEPTIONIST and STAFF FROM AMBAI GRAND HOTEL. AMBASAMUDRAM. POOR RECEPTION POOR PARKING
