Hotel Amarvilas & Banquet, Patiala - Hotel in Patiala, Falauli - Patiala, India

No kettle, no mug/jug for water, No glasses, no doormats, no room service for food, many bath fittings were damaged. I got locked in bathroom for 20 minutes while my 5 Y old daughter outside in the room locked from inside that she cannot open. She was literally crying for help. Thanks got I mannage to come out from the bathroom somehow. More surprising was the response from the manager that "isme panic hone ki kya baat hai". Pl, they to feel the situation, anything could have happened with the kid as she was so scared. Thanks atleast they consider changing my room so that I had a working TV and room heating effect. It was surprising when upon asking they said nobody has asked for kettle and Jug since they have opened this hotel. One caretaker for the entire hotel mannage n number of things in the hotel, giving last priority to the guests staying. Owner seems to be genuine and tried solving the issues but since he was not physically available, it really didn't work. It is my humble request to not consider this hotel for a family with kids stay.

just like a stay in Rented room,..where no food,no kettle or even mat avaialble......rooms were small..but it's clean n newly constructed ..so they don,t hve any faculty to provide yet I have to order from swiggy...but in morning even swiggy not picking up location .not even had cup of tea or coffee.

Excellent arrangements for our event, the banquet hall is absolutely beautiful, we are more than happy to celebrate here, the service, food quality , parking space, everything is best, overwhelming experience, highly recommend

Extremely poor experience with family. It is just a rented room, not at all falls under the category of a hotel.

I just attended a party in the hall there, which was good but catering was outsourced by Indian aura. It was also good

Power backup is not smooth...plus a lawn would have been much appreciated, otherwise a good option.
