Worst Food Service, no sense to talk when you tell them that I have received wrong items.And clearly denied by saying'Abi Hamare pass Ladka nahi hai' .The ordered the items for Rs 1845 via Zomato and frankly telling it has no worth to spend money on such restaurants who compromises in the food quality and sent wrong and stale food! Pathetic place.. will not advice anyone in Future...!

Good hotel with feasible location. Rooms need a bit maintenance, i would recommend all to first check the rooms and then checkin. Although the staff is very courteous. And the best part about the hotel was food. They serve very good food here.

We regularly visit this place for their restaurant which has pretty great food. Today we visited after a pretty long time and noticed that they had a new Thai menu; ofc we tried it out. We ordered the Thai curry with the Jasmine rice, and considering the snacks we had we were a bit concerned about not being able to finish the Thai food we had ordered but the portion was actually perfect. We've had Thai food at quite a no. Of places and this is definitely in the top 3. This was the first place we could get Thai food in Ambala and everything was perfect. The lemongrass and Kharif leaf notes in the curry as well as it's texture and the aroma of the jasmine rice. We also tried out the honey chilli lotus stem and it was the perfect combination of crunchy and savoury. Unfortunately we were not able to order the other dishes of the Thai menu considering how stuffed we were but we'll definitely be visiting soon again to try the whole thing out. I had a stay for more than a week and the stay here was very pleasant, it is one of the best stay places if you are coming to Ambala and that too at a very compatible and affordable price. Kudos to the staff for their impeccable service and an amazing stay experience for me.

Delicious food as always. Courteous staff. Serving the best since ages. Must visit place for vegetarian food.

the rooms are Excellent. very neat Nd clean. the size of the room was decent. there was parking facility too. the hotel staff was polite and helping. the food provided was also nicely prepared and good enough quantity. the rooms were very peaceful and tidy. no foul smells or anything. there were amenities provided like slippers and soaps.

Food is good however service and ambience needs more attention.

The Hotel was really nice. The rooms just got renovated so they're really good according to the price. The service was also prompt. However the Hotel's restaurant (bagla restaurant)staff was not upto the mark. They were not polite and tried to be oversmart quite a few times. Overall,Had a good experience
