Hotel Amanda - Rooms & Banquet - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

I stayed there for 2days on October 2023 with my family (7Adults 1child). I was really surprised with their quality of services and hospitality. It is a great hotel to stay. Hotel staff very cooperative. Pros: 1. Good location 2. Good price 3. Great Service 4. Good Food 5. Nice room and hotel 6. Overall great experience Cons: 1. Bed is not comfortable to sleep for 2adults and 1child (Room no 101). 2. Food prices are little higher side. (2 omelet charged Rs. 250 ). Lastly I highly recommend this hotel from my personal experience. I will definitely book this hotel again for my next trip to Lucknow.

We had an amazing stay for a week here. The staff were so welcoming that we felt like home! Thank you to each and everyone for making our stay comfortable.

It's been 4 years when I stayed first time in Amanda. Since then I stayed here 7-8 times and it never failed to fullfill our requirements. The room was neat and clean like always. Sheets, towels and washroom were super clean too. AC and mini bar was working properly. This time the room provided was very big in size. I really enjoyed my stay. The best part of the hotel is their staff. Specially the front desk manager Mr Tarun sir is very polite and welcoming. He always greet and welcome customers, which is really nice. The hotel is situated 100 meters inside from main road so there is no traffic noise. Rooms here are not noisy at all so one can sleep peacefully. In short this hotel is very safe and good for all kind of travellers. Staff behaviour, Cleanliness.

Centrally located at Gomti nagar but horrible rooms.... 1. Showers donot work 2. Linen are old and rough poorly maintained 3. Noisy corridors... Food is good but they don't even cover and get u the food to ur room. Cockroach in the room Very limited breakfast option... Really need to justify for the price they are asking...

Nice place with a buzzing location and good catering facilities suitable for a small gathering like birthday party, kitty party and business conference. It's not a Star property so don't expect extravagance in facilities and amenities

Average hotel with average rooms and poor service, if you are staying for long then you will be asked every alternate day for money, not like others where you can pay at the time of check out, they will ask you everyday in morning that you will be staying or you are checking out, they don't care if you are sleeping or what they will call you in the morning for everything. Reception staff was rude specially Tarun and one more staff named Sunny came to my room asking for money when I didn't picked up the call because I was having little fever and I was sleeping. House keeping staff is poorest, they don't clean properly, they don't change blanket and pillow cover regularly, they have a mouth so big that if you ask them for these basic things they will say ki 'sir abhi 3 din pehle hi to change kiya tha'. Beds have bugs, my body was itching after sleeping on it. Room service is poor, expect a waiting period of 20-25 minutes even after asking just for water and when the staff comes they will stare at you and the room in a very bad way specially when you are with a female. Very bad experience.

The hotel is located near Sahara Hospital, if you're using ola/uber services make sure you type "Hotel Amanda" instead of "LavenderStayz" else it will land you in totally wrong place. Hotel and rooms are clean and hygienic. Hotel has its own restaurant. On contrary to the goibibo mentioned policy, they don't allow outside food. Overall stay was nice. Reception people are helpful, however they may not attend to everything. Rooms are of optimal size and has nice interiors. Few things that were unintentionally troubling were: 1. The bathroom shower was not working and they did not care to repair in our presence. 2. The bathroom light was not working which again was troublesome. According to the price of the hotel, these things can be improved along with addition of first aid box in every room and better hospitality. Over all stay experience was good. I will recommend this hotel for further stay. With a little reduction in price and addition of nutritional food in the menu. This place can become a very user friendly and most loved place.
