Hotel Aman Palace - Hotel in Prayagraj - Prayagraj, India

This is another hotel which doesn't deserve any rating. Every thing is bad starting from parking space to rooms,electrical fittings and intercom. One has to yell for room service. They have different checkout timings for guests directly contacting and booking. Adding insult to injury there is no lift and they dump guests on higher floors claiming non availability of rooms on ground or lower floors. Room service is an apology, mercifully we survived as we skipped eating there. you can do much better, just to increase numbers don't compromise on service. After the recent experience we will think twice before booking

Neat and clean hotel, easily accessible location, Serves pure veg delicious food. Staff is cooperative. Elevator is not available would like to give four star rating

Never visit ! They refused check us in jn-spite of Confirmed booking through Agoda on 29th night - in extreme cold , hungry , tired , with family Thoroughly uncultured , rude , in-hospitable - INHUMAN !!! Everybody in night staff including Il- behaved counter- person and also Darban seems to well trained by Owner for best ways of indecency , unhelpfulness , irresponsibility ! Overall Pathetic !

Great value hotel for ssc candidates who came for DV also they have their own kitchen where you can get breakfast, lunch and dinner

Good Place to stay here, Specially Check out time is 24 hours, Restaurant is not expensive but serve delicious food... No Sleeper available, no hanger available...

I had the pleasure of staying at this Hotel on my motorbike trip around India. I stayed 5 days and found my room clean and comfortable. The staff were very polite and efficient. The daily breakfast was delicious. The ability to park my motorbike securely was an added bonus. The hotel location is central and makes sightseeing easy.

Hi there, i stayed 3rd time here for my uppsc exams and interviews. This time was an average stay.Hotel is nearer to uppsc ,i think around 400 meters away only. They don't have restaurant but kitchen is there and hence the room service. Quality and taste of food served is satisfactory. only sad thing happened that they allow you to check in and check out 12pm to 12pm , This i think a great catch. Rest is ok. thanks for reading the huge.
