Excellent budget hotel. So very neat and clean that you will be surprised. Each room with kitchenette functional with microwave and crockery. Excellent and very neat toilets The upper floors are very good with a nice balcony view. Very friendly and cooperative staff. An excellent and pleasant experience for 03 nights that we stayed there.

Received exceptional service even after checking in a bit late. Even the food delivered to our room at that late time was good. Rooms were more well-equipped than expected at this budget. It is also located conveniently along the main highway.

Beautiful place with nature's view for a great liesure. Rooms are fantastic with efficient service. Very good food for guests only. The only draw back in rooms is Indian plugs but adaptors are available with reception on demand.

If you are looking for a budget hotel then better to book a super deluxe room in this hotel. 1.5 kms from city centre. The highlight of this hotel is its room quality. Food is good and we tried lunch & dinner. Breakfast cost is 250 per person if you have not included in your room package. Only top floor had great views. i booked the room on hotel website and got it at very good price. Very professional service by the staff. Room cleaned every day on request. Areas of improvement for the hotel management: 1. pls check bed linen for any stains and spray some room freshener before allocating a room to the guest. 2. Locking the door was difficult as it was not closing properly. 3. In room dining service to be improved. 4. Noisy if people are talking louder in their room.

Like a new hotel, located next to busy Mysore - Bangalore main highway. The rooms have no good view. The super deluxe rooms are facing towards the busy highway which they named as mountain view rooms. 1st floor rooms can be called as road traffic view with special effect of car sounds moving whole day taking your peace away. On top of that from balcony there was unpleasant view of cab drivers changing clothes in the parking. So technically there was no use of balcony. Deluxe rooms are facing towards city which can be a better option. The food was good. Restaurant is small and with limited food options for dinner. The rooms were very clean and neat with all basic amenities. Nice rain shower with hot water all the time. If you are looking for hotel just to spend nighttime then this is a good options, however if you are looking for resort with a good view then this is not a good option. Personally for us it was not worth for the amount we had been charged for the stay.

Room was pathetic, bed sheet was not cleaned and when informed to the room service team they said it is just few stains , u will find all sorts of flies inside the room and the balcony is not at all cleaned. And I ordered 5 dishes for dinner all of them turned out not eatable we had to leave the food as it is. When informed the restaurant and the front desk they didn't even have the decency to offer an apology. Best advice don't order anything from their restaurant.

Excellent hotel in town of madikeri. It's 2kms from town on mysore rd . Location was superb as allotted my room on 3rd floor road side with full madikeri town view. Awesome feeling surrounded with dense fog . Service was very good . & one thing like to clear that I was worried as someone put on web as bedbug on hotel room so cancelled for second day but it's completely wrong. Beds were neat & clean with very prompt service . Sit on balcony with cup of hot fillter made us feel a memorable moment.

Very nice hotel and humble staff. Location and rooms 5 out of 5. I have no complaints. Room service is also very fast. It's clean and food in the restaurant is mind blowing. Highly recommend.
