It's a clean hotel. However the rooms are a little small but it's manageable. The staff is quiet friendly and helpful. All in all this hotel is the best if you are looking for budget friendly hotels. It is safe if you are female and are traveling alone.

We have spent 2 nights here on a vacation trip and it was, overall, a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. However, room service and staffs' attention to detail can be improved. Essential bathroom amenities like towels, shampoo and soap were not provided to us on the first day of our stay. But as for the room, even though it's small, it was excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business trip, vacation trip or even a solo trip!

Last weekend at Leaf Watagala was fantastic from start to finish. The courteous professional staff, a Chef who prepares great food for all of our meals, and a really clean environment, whether it's our rooms and washrooms, dining, or the well-kept swimming pool. This is an excellent location for a small party or family gathering where you can enjoy yourself without interruption; our children had a lovely time singing, dancing, and playing over the weekend. I appreciate the pleasant employees who make you feel at ease.
