Had a brief stay in Alpine Ridge...location wise the hotel is located very near to the Gondola boarding point which is a plus. The room looked a bit old but was clean. However they had room heaters and 24/7 running hot water which was very much needed in the cold weather. But I think their USP is their service, absolutely top notch. Be it the restaurant or house keeping they are always ready with a smiling face. Food was really tasty and was served with utmost love.Would recommend heavily.
This place is an absolute gem. The accommodations are impeccably clean and tidy, providing a sense of comfort. The staff is not only understanding but also incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The ambiance exudes coziness, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food served is top-notch, delightfully delicious, and truly satisfying. Without a doubt, there is no other place in Gulmarg where I would rather stay. It's simply classy.
Room was ok not too bad but food was very good. They provided room heater even in summer. Very good support by the hotel staff. For senior citizens it would be tedious as there are lot of steps to climb to go to rooms and restaurant.
We stayed at the hotel for 1 night. We had a booking for a deluxe room but due to some changes they provided us a presidential suite. It was really amazingg! The room was good, it was warm and nice with a nice view. The staff was great, they helped us to get the medicines at late night
Don't go by the entrance of the place, the hotel is really good. Clean rooms, a small lawn where family can spend time, electric blankets, heaters and 24/7 hot water. We reached there at 3:30 pm and they offered us with good piping hot biryani and other delicacies. The people were kind and helpful and the overall stay was pretty good. Would recommend this to any family who are looking for medium budget stays

Can't consider it as hotel, its more of lodge with very compact room... tight for the family of three. Outside place of hotel is also not neat and clean. While hotel from inside is extremely in poor shape in terms of maintenance, rooms are dirty with bathroom level is unusable. Not worth the kind of price this people charge at present. Families need to be cautious before book this hotel either directly or though your tour agent
I had a very pleasant experience with this hotel and its staff. Room was cozy and clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would definetly consider this hotel for my next visit.

Wonderful experience. Lovely location with a good and smiling service. Always helpful. The restaurant service and food is outstanding. You ask for hot water to drink and it comes in less than 10 mins to your room. Room service is fast and efficient.
