Good location. Well maintained rooms. Courteous and friendly service. Food is excellent. Chef BISWAS is talented. We got TAMILNADU FOOD without any difference. We felt like home. Because of the vehicle breakdown, we reached the hotel by 11pm, but restaurant manager and staff received us with SMILE and served hot food. Best wishes

Excellent prime location at Police Bazar Market. Room Quality excellent, clean and hygienic. Food is costly. Hence recommending to take food from outside and also book room without breakfast. However, for rest thing 5 star. Excellent esp for family.

This place is full of bed smells and dirty pillows etc. Don't ever think about staying here even in an emergency you will regret it for the amount you have paid. The rooms are not cheap and they are smelly and the pillow covers are very dirty. Bathrooms are not even good. I recommend not to stay here. Instead look for a good hotel nearby. You will get it. The service is the worst, they roam around here and there but they will not help you with your issue. They never address your issue. And being a tourist place this is very much unprofessional. I warn you not to stay here. You will regret your trip over here. Very unhygienic.
The hotel is at Jail Road , service was very good. For North Indians this hotel is best as you will get maximum North India food with good taste and quality. They have their cab service too. The staff is very helpful in every way. The main market i.e. Police Bazar is 200m from the hotel. It will take 2-3 min to reach by walking.
I booked this hotel through MMT. The location of the hotel is near police bazar Shillong. If I talk about the room, room is okay. But the housekeeping of the hotel needs improvement. Highly priced.

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.
