I always hate to give any negative ratings, especially to human beings but this is the fault of management and not the staff who was literally misbehaving and throwing attitude in dining area where breakfast buffet was arranged ,why don't the higher management assess before recruiting the staff properly. Each and every employee here needs hospitality and work ethics lessons. The structure is indeed very good but you are not visiting a haunted hotel you need some human touch, ethics, hospitality
It was a nice place to stay. Meals were tasty. But interior of the rooms to be improved to suit the outer impression of the hotel. On the whole it was a nice place. I am from Sri Lanka . Stayed one night. Good luck
We were so happy to be there and enjoyed every bit of it. Rooms are spacious and clean, service was excellent and we were upgraded to presidential suite. Breakfast was yum and kids enjoyed at pool side. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back. Thanks hotel staff for great service!
They will ask you to wait after checkout and waste your time to check the room to make sure you haven't stolen any stuff from their room. First - it is unprofessional to hold up the guests to inspect the room after checkout. Second - their staff is incompetent. They Could not find a cheap towel and they asked me to wait after checkout since they were unable to find a stupid towel. I had to go back and it was right there where it was supposed to be. Other than that - we were denied dry towels in the evening. So if you have a habit of bathing twice, don't do it here, they won't give you dry towels, how stupid is that. Twin occupancy room had everything in single quantity (cups, glass, etc) and we were denied extra cups (they might have thought they will have to search for cups after check out). Overall very bad experience from service point of view. Cheap lodges serve better than this hotel.
It was great experience to visit loved to eat varieties of items in breakfast miss simran from. Restaurant had great knowledge of handling keep. It up great efforts and thank you will visit again highly recommended for. Hotel Almeida

I really Appreciate the honesty of room cleaners and quick action of madam JYOTI..As I forgot my purse wth Atm card in room no 514 on 18th june check out...while on d way to amritsar I called them back to know abt my purse,immediately madam JYOTI motivated me by saying not to wry mam as ur purse s safely handed over to d manager by the cleaning staff,she showed it to me on video calling also,then It was collected by one of our known person.....REALLY THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM OF HOTEL ALMEIDA.....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR STAY....

We stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was amazing, the staff is too good & co-operative & the food was surprisingly tasty & healthy. The room was squeaky clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's great stay experience. Neat and clean. Rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding. The breakfast was having complete required food items. The terrace restaurant is awesome. Excellent ambience, the arrangements of tables was attractive.
