Room service is not satisfactory. Used towel was found in bathroom. Not fresh towel provided after requesting. Don't order food from your room. It's so cheap quality.

Worst hotel in the world no amenities... You need to call the manager to turn on AC ... Door lock not working... Food is pathetic unhygienic... I advise everyone not to visit this property if you dont wanna see hell

I consider this hotel average, although the location is quite suitable for convenience. Food quality is also good, I would recommend this hotel for dining only if you want to stay then you can find some good hotels at the same cost. The cost is on the higher side in comparison to the quality of the room.

Third class property, pathetic,manager at the reception was drunk all day. No sense of communication. Don't book this garbage hotel.

All things are ok but there prices are so high,like mineral water MRP is 20 but they r taking 25 rs ,200 ml cold drink prise they r taking 30 ,and other dishes are so costly other hotels like durga tourist hotel and nainital dhaba are giving same dishes with best taste on very resonable prise Although Service and behaviour of staff is very good

Service is very poor, no sense of dealing Customers. Improper cooked food has been served here Restaurant is not that good. But for staying it is nice.

7 days gone,daily complaining of door lock is not working. Manager says he will look into the matter for no outcome. Everyday when I return my door is open. This place is Dharamshala not a hotel. Very very bad managment.
