Hotel Alka Palace - Hotel in Varanasi, Akhari - Varanasi, India

I have visited this hotel 9 times and have been visiting the hotel since November 2021. It's like my home in Banaras. The position of this hotel is fantastic. It is located just beside the NH.

Very bad experience. Booked 2 rooms with my friends. Nor worthy of staying at all. I couldn't sleep at night. Waste of money. There was no drinking water even.

Good location besides NH19 after crossing the toll gate at varanasi. Good room for stay overnight while going to Himachal last month.

Great experience. Awesome place for wedding and engagement. We had a great function here. Staff here is very cooperative and supportive.

Located on Highyway near Akhari Bypass. Rooms are very neat and clean, enough space for 2 person. Car parking is available. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Perfect place to stay if you want to avoid city traffic. For roaming inside the city you can easily find auto rickshaw at walking distance around 300 meters from the hotel (prefer this place if you are coming to Varanasi by car.) For food, a Restaurant cum Dhabha is adjacent to the hotel whose food is totally Desi style which is neither good nor bad. Overall if you want to stay or visit Varanasi by car then you can go ahead with this hotel. My personal experience is awesome.

Superb service and nice location for staying while traveling

Very good hotel besides highway. It is a very good option for travellers who want to avoid city traffic and just stay one night and move further. I stayed here while returning from Agra during October 2021. That time, they do not have restaurant facility. But that was not a big issue for me because there are some dhabas near the hotel. They have own parking facility which can easily accommodate 5 to 6 cars. Staffs are polite and good. Rooms/toilet were clean. AC was ok. Over all a good budget hotel.
