This is the second time I stayed here. First time experience was phenomenal a year ago but this time Staff behaviour was rude and unprofessional. Rooms were dirty. Less staff and delay in deliveries. Both men on the counter were unfriendly. I booked 15 days early still basic things were missing in room. Broken set top box, soap holder, hand spray. Roof top was tidy. Even no water and glasses in the room. Definitely not going to stay here again. To owner: are actually reading the feedbacks and addressing them? It seems u are copying the same response to each feedback review and not bothered of the issues.
The experience of the rooftop hotel was so good ! Much like a rooftop terrace!! And the better thing is that the food was also a rateable taste
This was a decent and nice hotel. The staff was polite. The only thing we wanted to give feedback was about the time taken to get the food delivered to rooms. We understood that they were running short on manpower and we never complained as the food though mildly cold was good. Rooms are small and lacks ventilation. Overall a pleasant stay
Rooms: Hotel Alishaan was lovely. Although the room was a bit small, it was immaculate and had everything we needed. Loved the selection of breakfast options - for which there were many. The staff was wonderful and tried to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The location was great as we were able to walk to dargah sharif and many attractions and eateries. Food: rooftop terrace restaurant with consistently good, great portions. Would recommend it although the service was slow.
One of the best hotel in ajmer and this hotel also very near from the dargah sharif. There are very comfortable rooms are available.
I have recently visited this place. Hotel hospitality is not at all good.. staff are not warm enough to welcome you.. however they charge as if it's a very luxury hotel .. hotel staff are not even friendly. Be alert when you order food. They add extra things which is not ordered. The only good abt this hotel is is near to Dargah Sharif. Ac stopped working in middle of the night. Room service is also not good.

Overall it is good.. Food is not all that great. We ordered for pulav and kashmiri biryani.. Both had same look and taste. The only difference in kashmiri biryani was cashews were sprinkled. Staff is polite. Especially the person on the reception Asif was very helpful.. Loved the rooftop restaurant
