We stayed at this Hotel from 23/10/2023 to 25/10/2023 (check out).Our room numbers were 115, N-5 and E-6). One room in 1st floor and other two rooms in 4th floor. Hotel rooms were good, food was very tasty and delicious, staffs and the owner of the hotel are very polite and cooperative. The view of kanchanjangha from roof top is excellent. We also enjoyed the view of entire Darjeeling from the roof top. It was really a memorable tour for us.
Very Cordial staffs, one can see the clear view of kanchanjungha from his window. From roof top the sun rise with kanchanjungha is awesome. Above all the food quality is excellent.
Only good thing of this Hotel is nice mountain view from room because its located in high altitude. But road beside the hotel is very narrow. Some of hotel staff are polite and well behaved, but owner of the hotel behaved ridiculously. They didn't provide drinking water, the owner of the hotel told us to drink basin water . We had purchased drinking water. Food price is unreasonably high whether quantity is very less and quality is not good at all. Geyser doesn't work properly. Overall had a bad experience
We stayed at this hotel during the puja . The view of kanchjangha from our room was best part. The owner and whole staff members were very kind and helpful . The food was very tasty.
The best hotel for mountain view, food is good, they agreed to change the room as we did not feel good at first, later the new room was good and spacious, service is good and friendly.
