80's room with 2023's rate. Rooms are small and ac which is working is window type from 1980. There is a dove nest inside the window a/c which make weird noise. Not recommend. The location is good. Tea and food is also good
I have stayed here numerous times when in Delhi. For the price it is reasonable, clean and quiet and a great location on the peripheral area of Karol Bagh.

I requested the receptionists if i can use washroom and he rejected my request. I was traveling from Gurgaon and i saw this hotel as no public washroom was available in my route i thought hotel staff will understand my situation. It was 11 PM and we talk about women safety.

Worst experience i ever had with a hotel. Mr. Deepak tiwari who calls himself a manager charged us 1300 per room which was showing 1500 on all websites. We asked for discount as we are leaving @11PM so since we had our vehicle to dehradun @11. He denied saying that the price will be same and GST has to be paid since we were so tired after hectic journey we paid 2600 for two rooms thinking that we have paid for normal price. One of the receptionist came @8PM asking to vacate the room. When we asked mr deepak tiwari asked us to pay extra 500 for which we have denied. Deepak tiwari has no decency when taking to a customer He wasn't even ready to consider to our request and made us to vacate the room. When we asked for a bill he didn't even provide any.
I stayed for one day here , I had worse experience with receptionist (deepak tiwari) nd their services also very poor no wifi , no phone signal . better dont prefer
