Hotel AL MARAJ - Restaurant in Edakkara - Malappuram, India

We wanted to stay at Nilambur. Most hotels were booked due to marriage functions. Searching in google map I called up this place. I also tried to see some ratings but didn't notice that most ratings were aged more than 2 years. After reaching the place we decided to stay here since it was too late to search for another Hotel. This place looks like an abandoned business effort. The restaurant is shut. Rooms are made like cheap lodge, except the cottage model room we stayed. Overall a badly designed project. They charge 800 for no ac , 1500 for ac and 2000 for cottage. The cottage we took were near and clean. We could stay without an issue. So the place is not a choice if you are traveling with family. But if you just want to stop over for a night may be you can consider this as a budget room.

Very good restaurant. Clean and tidy. We went there late night so we didn't have a wide range of dishes but the beef fry was excellent. It was almost a beef pepper fry with the tasty black pepper pungency

I first visited this restaurant back in 2009 with my cousin. In those days "broast" or KFC style chicken was a new thing in these region.(other places were hotel woodbine in nilambur and prestige hut in edakkara) Lately had tried broast and alfaham. Broast was good. Alfaham was also good. Prices: Broast half 220 Alfaham half 220 Fried rice 125 7up 35

Good food. A neat and clean Place. Nice ambience and a good parking area available. But only a few Menu availed us at 10pm.

Pretty good place food was great,the staff was very helpful definitely will recommend this place
