The hotel looks beautiful from the outside. The room is good and comfortable. The room is big but very basic. There are no amenities. We ordered food for dinner which was good. We had a complete breakfast but there were shortages of food. Only two items were available. Breakfast was bad. It wasn't breakfast at all. The service was average. The stuff was a fraud. They sell fake sim cards and charge a lot. They will seduce you into purchasing from them. It's better to avoid this hotel.

The rooms are neat but average. The rooms come with electric bed heaters which will ensure you are comfortable even when it's cold! It's a value for money place. The staff is polite and helpful. The owners are genuine and friendly. Overall a very decent stay in Srinagar.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were huge, comfortable. Loved the location since it was not crowded at all. 10-15 minutes walk from Dal lake. Service and Hospitality was too good.. Food was ok. Really enjoyed our stay..

Basically it's a home stay owned by family... The amenities were the same as a home.... Cannot be compared to a hotel stay... We stayed there for 3 days.... A few pros and cons are as follows.... Pros 1. It's a home away from home..... 2. Host are very cooperative and helpful...Host are living on ground floor... 3. Ala carte order was okkkk but morning breakfast which was included in the package was not that on acceptable level... 4. We were allowed to keep our excess luggage without extra cost while our visit to pahalgam. 5. Washrooms were clean. Cons 1. The breakfast options are limited.... You have to ask for more food all times..... Then they take time(approx 5 to 10 mins)to bring more food.... We were large group of 7 people so we faced this issue... Small groups may not face any such issue... Breakfast tea was served in very small disposable cups not regular ceramic cups... if u ask for a bowl the house keeper will bring only 1 bowl.... Then u have to repeat again... Tissue papers also need to be asked for.... Though there were not a lot of guests in the "hotel" the customer preference was never asked for breakfast... Despite asking for toasted bread.... We were served the untoasted bread.. 2. The house is adjacent to graveyard.... 3. Rules of the host are applicable 4. Superior delux rooms were spacious with balcony opening in front of graveyard. Carpets didn't look clean... Bedsheets and pillow covers needed an upgrade.. (wornout). Washrooms had jaguar fittings. 5. We had to pay and upgrade the rooms (superior delux) bcz the rooms we booked online (double delux) were not as good as we saw in pics.... 6. The doors get locked by 10.30 pm in case u plan to go out with family.... We had to call the owner bcz door bell was not working..(though we had informed one of the house keeper before leaving). 7. We were informed on the spot that AC charge would be seperate if used... 8. Water bottles were given once that also 250 ml. Had the name been "Al Azrah Homestay", we would have visited the place with the same mindset, and the rating I would have given is 3star, but due to name "Al Azrah Hotel" I would go with 2 star rating. MMT must be cautious while listing their hotels....

Hotel looks lovely from outside. Nice garden and interior. Delux rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Service is also nice. Owner is humble and friendly. Food tastes average.

Loved the place..nothing very fancy,but gives you the comfort of a home..maintenance is good-a very clean property. The building looked very beautiful on the outside with a well maintaned lawn. Rooms were very cozy and neat(though not much spacious) with carpets and bed heaters which helped battle the cold. Staff were very warm and helpful. Mr Salik-owner was very friendly and provided us with a lot of helpful information for the planning of our trip through whatsapp. Overall would recommend this place to all.

This is standard home stay not 3 star. They given us spoiled curry for the first dinner and View from the balcony is cemetery.
